hello everyone
I have not been on for a while been reading but not posting as i have had quite a bad session with pain at the minute and does not seam to be going, but i am going to rest over christmas and see what happens then.
just something i have experanced i walk with 2 sticks that was given me by the hospital and has soon as you put them down it was click click all the time, i have purchased a pair of my own sticks and they do not click and I find them much better to walk with and they do not let everyone know you are coming and i feel a lot more confident with them, this is just how i feel not sure if it will work for anyone else but for £4.00 each it is worth a try.
